What song is behind Dime Dime Baby?
Last updated:
The Dime Dime Baby trend is set to "BbY WOW" by KAROL G, with Judeline and rusowsky. The song came out in August 2026, and two months later it gave a 9-second party clip from July 2025 a second life, and a name.
The song: BbY WOW
"BbY WOW" is a track by KAROL G, with Judeline and rusowsky, released in August 2026. Before it was paired with the party clip, the song already had its own dance wave on TikTok.
What "dime dime baby" means
The edits use the song's "dime dime baby" hook. "Dime" is Spanish for "tell me", so the line reads "tell me, tell me, baby". The trend got its name from that hook: people heard the line and started calling the clip Dime Dime Baby.
From a party clip to a trend
The clip itself is nine seconds from a quinceañera, a 15th-birthday party: a guest walks up to the camera holding a concha, a Mexican sweet bun, takes a bite, holds a deadpan stare into the lens, and dances back into the crowd. Set to the "dime dime baby" hook, it became the clip everyone remakes, including with AI. With One Dream Video you can star in the same routine: upload one photo of a consenting adult and get an 8-second cut, 480p for 50 credits or 720p for 100 credits, with no watermark and credits automatically restored if the render fails.
